Our client is a fast-growing global brand operating within the health and wellness space, delivering premium, science-backed products and experiences to customers worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation, wellbeing and exceptional customer experience, they continue to expand rapidly across international markets.

We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager to join their Sydney-based team in a hybrid role based in the Sydney CBD office, with a minimum of 2 days working from home. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across key global markets including ANZ, US, UK and Canada.

As Campaign Manager, you’ll act as the central point of coordination across multiple business functions, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time, on brief and aligned to business objectives. Working across digital, social, PR, events, CRM, partnerships, retail and trade marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive high-performing marketing activity across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing global and regional marketing calendars and campaign timelines
  • Coordinating integrated marketing activity across digital, social, PR, events, influencer, retail and CRM channels
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaign outcomes
  • Managing project workflows, briefs, approvals and stakeholder communication
  • Supporting trade marketing initiatives, expos, activations and events
  • Tracking campaign performance and providing reporting and post-campaign analysis
  • Ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all channels and markets.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in a marketing coordination, campaign management or integrated marketing role
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience using tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • An interest in health, wellness, lifestyle or ecommerce brands is highly regarded.
