This role will see you become the daily voice of the brand across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. You’ll manage inbound engagement across comments, DMs, mentions and replies while helping create meaningful interactions with the brand’s global community.
This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role suited to someone who genuinely loves social media, understands online culture and enjoys building relationships through thoughtful communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions and replies across all major social platforms
- Maintain a warm, premium and brand-aligned tone of voice across every interaction
- Engage proactively with creators, wellness communities and relevant online conversations
- Identify and share user-generated content, positive customer feedback and engagement opportunities with the wider team
- Escalate customer support issues and sensitive conversations through the appropriate internal channels
- Support social activations, giveaways, live sessions and community campaigns
- Track community insights, recurring questions and sentiment trends
- Assist in maintaining FAQs and saved-response libraries
- 2+ years’ experience in social media, community management or customer-facing roles
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media engagement
- Ability to manage high volumes of interaction in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, beauty or consumer brands
- Highly organised, proactive and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a growing business
