We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Creative Project Coordinator to support our marketing and creative team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, enjoys working across teams and has excellent attention to detail.

- Oversee and manage the workflow of creative projects from brief through to delivery
- Coordinate timelines, resources and communication between teams and stakeholders
- Track project progress, identify roadblocks and propose solutions
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and distribute action items
- Maintain accurate filing systems and shared creative assets
- Set up and manage admin processes, including records, invoices and expenditure
- Support with coordination tasks involving external stakeholders and agencies
- Proven background in project coordination or administration, ideally within marketing, creative or related environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Demonstrated attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Experience creating simple digital assets for social or marketing use
