Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist with day-to-day execution of CRM, email, and SMS campaigns
- Build and deploy EDM campaigns using marketing automation platforms
- Support CRM data segmentation, customer lists, scheduling, testing, and reporting
- Ensure campaigns are accurate, on time, and aligned with brand goals
- Assist with light content updates and campaign coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, digital and broader business teams to keep workflows running smoothly
- 3+ years’ experience in email marketing, CRM, or campaign coordination
- Hands-on experience with EDM deployment and marketing automation platforms
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working with CRM data, audience segmentation, and campaign testing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Organised, proactive, diplomatic, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Retail, fashion, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience preferred
