Our client, a leading home appliance business with an international brand presence, has a full time permanent opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist.
  
Our client is a leading home appliance company with high brand awareness throughout Europe, the United States and Asia. They're focused on building a strong and dynamic customer service team, committed to delivering excellent service and meeting both business and customer needs.
  
Your key responsibilities include:
  • Handle customer enquiries with care and professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide product information and process warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing and logistics to improve processes.
  • Stay up to date on the innovative product range to provide accurate support.
  
Key requirements include:
  • Minimum 3 yrs customer service experience, ideally with exposure to CRM systems (Zendesk experience is a bonus).
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to listen and resolve issues.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration.
