Your key responsibilities include:
- Handle customer enquiries with care and professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide product information and process warranty claims.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing and logistics to improve processes.
- Stay up to date on the innovative product range to provide accurate support.
Key requirements include:
- Minimum 3 yrs customer service experience, ideally with exposure to CRM systems (Zendesk experience is a bonus).
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to listen and resolve issues.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
