Macpeople is partnering with a respected NSW not-for-profit to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant for an initial 3-month contract. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll establish the digital marketing strategy, systems and reporting framework that will support a major rebrand and provide a strong foundation for future growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior consultant who enjoys creating structure, developing strategy and leaving organisations in a much stronger position than when they arrived.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a digital marketing strategy aligned with the organisation's upcoming rebrand.
- Review and strengthen digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, PPC and social media.
- Implement and optimise key digital marketing initiatives.
- Build meaningful reporting dashboards and performance metrics to measure success.
- Analyse website and campaign performance, providing practical recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create clear processes, documentation and frameworks that can be handed over to the internal team at the conclusion of the engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to build confidence and capability in digital marketing.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience across digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, PPC and social media marketing.
- Experience using website analytics and performance reporting to drive decision-making.
- The ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with organisations through periods of change or brand transformation will be highly regarded.
