As Head of Content, you will lead the global content and editorial function, owning content strategy, storytelling, production and performance across blog, web, email, social and video channels. This is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling content output, growing organic reach, strengthening brand authority and leading a team of content specialists and creators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global content and editorial strategy across all owned and earned channels.
- Own the content calendar and oversee content production across blog, web, email, social and video.
- Drive organic growth through SEO-led content initiatives and editorial excellence.
- Lead the creation of engaging, science-backed content that supports brand, product and customer engagement objectives.
- Manage thought leadership and expert-led content programs.
- Build and optimise scalable content workflows, systems and processes.
- Partner with Creative, Performance Marketing, CRM, PR and Partnerships teams on integrated campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to amplify content performance, audience growth and brand visibility across channels.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing content team.
- Analyse content performance and apply insights to continually improve engagement, reach and commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience leading content, editorial or content marketing functions within a high-growth consumer, lifestyle, wellness, retail or eCommerce brand.
- Demonstrated success in transforming content performance, growing audiences and delivering measurable improvements in engagement, organic traffic and brand reach.
- Strong content strategy, storytelling and editorial leadership capabilities.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing content teams.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, audience growth and content performance metrics.
- Experience building scalable content operations, workflows and production systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
- A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how content contributes to brand growth and business performance.
- Experience working within recognised global consumer brands will be highly regarded, particularly brands known for innovation, premium customer experiences and strong digital marketing capabilities.
