An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join an established and growing organisation in Sydney's CBD.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to a proactive marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns and managing multiple projects from concept through to delivery.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play an important role in delivering marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels and audiences.

We're looking for someone who combines strong writing and communication skills with practical digital marketing experience, commercial awareness and the confidence to work independently.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, write and edit engaging content for websites, articles, email campaigns, newsletters, social media and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate content calendars and manage the content pipeline to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Utilise HubSpot to support email marketing, CRM activity, marketing automation, workflows and campaign reporting.
  • Support product marketing initiatives, promotional activities and new campaign launches.
  • Assist with media relations, PR activities, thought leadership and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to coordinate marketing projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives across Australian and international markets.
Key requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, content or corporate affairs role.
  • Excellent writing, editing and content creation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences and channels.
  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience, particularly across email marketing, CRM and marketing automation.
  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns and managing content calendars.
  • A background in corporate communications, media relations, PR or B2B marketing will be highly regarded.
  • Experience working across Australian and New Zealand markets would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach with the confidence to take ownership of projects and work with minimal supervision.
The opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing organisation where you'll enjoy a broad range of responsibilities and the ability to make a genuine contribution.

You'll work closely with experienced marketing professionals, gain exposure to a variety of projects and have the opportunity to further develop your skills across content, communications, digital marketing and campaign management.

This is a permanent position based in Sydney's CBD.
If you're an experienced, hands-on marketing professional with strong writing skills, excellent HubSpot knowledge and a proactive approach, we'd love to hear from you.
