As a result, they are seeking a proactive, driven Marketing Coordinator to join their Sydney CBD team on an initial 12-month contract, supporting the marketing function during a key period of growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support the execution of brand, product and education platform initiatives
- Manage marketing workflows, schedules, and project coordination to keep delivery on track
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers
- Work closely with design and digital partners to plan and execute marketing projects
- Analyse campaign performance and customer data to optimise engagement and ROI
- Assist with CRM and marketing automation activity (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
- Minimum 3+ years’ commercial marketing experience
- B2B and campaign coordination experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- A proactive, energetic mindset — someone who enjoys making things happen
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
- Agency account management experience (design/advertising) will be highly regarded.
