In this role, you will:
- Shoot, edit and post Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn clips and Shorts daily
- Jump on trends, repurpose long-form content, and write captions that stop the scroll
- Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm that builds community and engagement
- Track performance, optimise posts and adjust quickly to grow reach
- Support ad-hoc creative projects like highlight reels, culture clips and thought-leadership snippets
- 3–5+ years creating social-first content for B2B or ecommerce brands
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma etc.)
- Quick storytelling instincts - on-camera and behind the camera
- Energy, organisation and a love for fast-moving creative work
