Your Role:
- Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
- Coordinate warehouse and logistics for timely delivery
- Track inventory and prevent shortfalls
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues quickly
- Build strong relationships with retail customers and internal teams
- 2+ yrs in a customer service or logistics-focused role in B2B environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience (Zendesk a plus)
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
