This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role sitting at the centre of marketing, ecommerce and digital - perfect for someone who thrives on structure, pace and keeping complex workstreams moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and manage the digital roadmap, translating priorities into clear delivery plans
- Lead delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Coordinate ecommerce, web, CRM and marketing workstreams across multiple markets
- Manage timelines, dependencies and day-to-day project delivery in Asana
- Act as the key point of contact across internal teams and external partners
- Maintain campaign calendars across AU, US, UK and beyond
- Identify risks, blockers and dependencies early and keep delivery on track
- Support reporting and post-campaign reviews
Successful applicants will have:
- Experience as a Digital Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Digital Producer
- Strong background in ecommerce or integrated marketing environments
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and structure
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience with tools such as Asana (preferred), Shopify or Klaviyo
- Ability to start immediately and work in a fast-paced environment
