This is not a traditional coordination role. We're looking for a seasoned, capable professional who is comfortable operating behind the scenes and taking ownership of execution. Acting as an extension of the Sales Director, you'll help drive projects, coordinate activities across departments, hold stakeholders accountable, and ensure key business priorities continue to move forward.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up with customers after meetings and conversations, predominantly via email
- Preparing customer presentations, business reviews and commercial reports using PowerPoint
- Producing weekly and monthly reporting, analysis and dashboards using Excel
- Coordinating meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Managing project timelines and ensuring key initiatives remain on track
- Coordinating customer submissions, tenders, range reviews, promotional proposals and new product submissions
- Maintaining customer, product and pricing information
- Coordinating communication across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and other business functions
- Following up with stakeholders to ensure actions, projects and customer commitments are completed on time
- Supporting the administrative requirements associated with major customers, projects and business initiatives.
- Proven experience in a senior coordination, administration, project support, commercial support or business operations role
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
- Comfortable operating behind the scenes and taking ownership of execution
- A mature and confident professional who can work independently and make sound decisions without constant direction
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
