You will still be close to the content, but you will also be expected to bring ideas, shape direction and back your thinking with clear rationale.
You will work closely with an existing content team, so there is no need to film, edit or be on camera. The focus is on ideation, direction and performance.
In this role, you will:
- Own daily social output across multiple platforms
- Develop content ideas aligned to brand, audience and trends
- Work with internal creatives to bring content to life
- Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm that builds engagement
- Track performance, optimise content and adjust quickly
- Bring clear reasoning behind what content goes out and why
- Support ad-hoc creative projects like campaigns, thought leadership and brand moments
To be considered, you will have:
- 3 - 5+ years experience in social media, ideally from an agency environment
- Strong content instincts with the ability to explain what works and why
- Experience working across B2B, ecommerce, subscription or similar fast-paced brands
- Confidence working with stakeholders and contributing ideas
- Energy, organisation and the ability to move quickly
